How To Start a Claim

At Smith-Reagan Insurance Agency, we understand that the most important aspect of our relationship with you is the way in which we deal with your claims. We are dedicated to assisting you with each step in anyway that we can.
You can call our agency at (956) 399-1353 to report any claim during business hours. We will guide you with the steps concerned with the claim process for that insurance plan.
Other than during our business hours, you can directly contact your insurance carrier and then get in touch with us soon after that.
Following an accident, the following information will be helpful in making your claims faster.

  • Contact our office to report the loss. We will crosscheck your deductibles and coverages and advise you in getting your estimated cost of repairs for the claims.
